Beware Ranbir & Ranveer, Ayushmann Khurrana now wants to do Kishore Kumar’s biopic!

It’s now news that Ranbir Kapoor and Anurag Basu were all set to collaborate for the legendary singer Kishore Kumar’s biopic. However, after multiple hurdles, the film was shelved. After this, we reported that Ranveer Singh might star in the film, but that seems highly unlikely too, given his hectic schedule and multiple films lined-up.

Now, someone else has shown keen interest in playing Kishore, and he’s also an actor as well as a singer, just like that legend. Any guesses? We are talking about the multi-faceted Ayushmann Khurrana! In a recent interview to a daily, the actor said, “By default, I have been singing in every movie. I rendered two songs in AndhaDhun and one in Badhaai ho. But I would love to play a singer-actor. In fact, I want to do the Kishore Kumar biopic as I am a huge fan of his. In between, there were talks about filmmaker Anurag Basu making a movie on him; I think he should make it with me.” 

Well, we hope Anurag is listening!
