BEING HUMAN: Salman Khan wins something BIG for his charity work

Salman Khan has helped millions of people with his charitable and philanthropic work through his NGO, Being Human, which he started back in 2007. He may not have won too many awards for his performances in films, but this accolade that he recently received in Washington DC during his DA-BANGG: THE TOUR will surely make his family and fans proud.

The actor was awarded the certificate of recognition for global ambassador for peace through entertainment and philanthropic work by the Capital Post and Capital Media Group. But he was not the only winner; Katrina Kaif was given the certificate of recognition as a style icon as well. Now that’s quite BIG indeed!

On the work-front, Salman has films like Bharat, Dabangg 3, Kick 2, Sher Khan and Dancing Dad lined-up whereas Katrina will be seen in Thugs Of Hindostan, Zero and an untitled dance film with Varun Dhawan.
