Has Ameesha Patel disowned her own brother?

When it comes to family feuds, Ameesha Patel is one actress who is famous for it. After Ameesha started dating Vikram Bhatt it caused a rift between the Patel and Bhatt families. Ameesha Patel was going through a huge financial crisis after her father used her hard-earned money to resurrect a family business, causing misunderstandings between Patel and her parents. In July 2004, Patel sent a legal notice to her father for mismanaging her accounts and assets amounting 120 million and demanding the money back.

Ashmit Patel accused the ‘Kaho Na Pyar Hai’ actress of breaking their family which did not go down well with her. But later the brother-sister duo made up and everything was back to normal. If recent reports are to go by Ameesha and Ashmit Patel had a fall out which was followed by a big fight. The parents of these siblings haven’t picked any sides yet and are unbiased about it. They both are avoiding each other at family functions.
