Alibaug property case: Shah Rukh Khan gets NO mercy from the court!
For quite some time now, Shah Rukh Khan’s India-bound weekend getaway spot which is his Alibaug farmhouse has been under the radar of the Income Tax Department of India as the lavish establishment allegedly violates the rules and regulations that have been prescribed under the Benami Property laws.

But for those who are already aware of the episode and had been waiting for the superstar to receive a verdict as soon as possible, well, there’ some bad news for you all.
Apparently, the case in question has reached Appropriate Authority in New Delhi for a further round of hearings, which will reportedly not take place before the end of this year, that is sometime around the superstar will be out with his next release, Zero.
While providing updates on the same, an official was quoted saying that, “The order by Authority can be passed in one year from the date of provisional attachment order. The date of hearing and final order depends on the Authority’s load of work. However, the I-T department is firm on its ground that the Alibaug farmhouse of the actor is a benami property,”
