Akshay’s Padman scares Rajinikanth’s 2.0, release date postponed!

2.0 has been the most talked about movie for a long time. The movie will see superstar Rajinikanth lock horns with our very own “Khiladi”, Akshay Kumar.

Recently there was a big music launch of the movie which took place in Dubai and the makers also revealed two new posters.

Earlier today we told you about the release date of Akshay Kumar’s upcoming movie Padman which is slated to release on the same date as 2.0. Rumors now have been making the rounds now as Akshay Kumar announced the release of Padman on the same day, the makers of 2.0 are all set to postpone the release of the movie to April 2018.

If the rumors of 2.0 being postponed are true then that works in the favor of the makers as the movie still has a lot of CGI work pending.

In today’s competetive market two big films of the same superstar can’t release on the same day. It’s not a great business proposition and 2.0 is one of the biggest films of next year. So to postpone the release makes a lot of sense.
