PadMan was a story which was based on the issue of menstrual hygiene and is a real-life story of Arunachalam Muruganantham, who actually made sanitary pads so the poor can afford them.
The movie fared quite well at the Indian box-office making more than 120 crores at the box-office. Now with the latest trend of Indian movies releasing in China and doing extraordinary business at the box-office one would have thought that PadMan will be blockbuster. But it looks like this Akshay Kumar film has failed to impress the audience.
