Akshay Kumar’s Toilet: Ek Prem Katha is one of the most inspirational films of 2017. The film has not just made a mark in India but it has even inspired Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates this year.
To end the year on a positive note, Bill Gates on Tuesday, put together a series of inspirational stories and tweets of things that happened in 2017.
In this, he even mentioned Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. Speaking about the film Gates said that he liked the point that it had educated audiences on the crisis, which sees one in 10 deaths in India linked to poor hygiene.

The film was loved by the audience and the critics. The good reviews were even evident on the box office as the film collected 134.22 crores.
