Akshay Kumar, to replace Salman Khan in Dus Ka Dum?

Ever since the hit comedy, The Kapil Sharma Show has lost its charm, the channel is trying its best to bring back the TRP through various other shows. While Amitabh Bachchan recently confirmed that he’s coming back with his famous game show ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’, there were even reports that the reality show Dus Ka Dum hosted by Salman Khan might also be back with a new season.

But since Salman Khan will be busy with Bigg Boss 11, the channel might replace Sallu with Akshay Kumar. According to reports, Salman is having complications with the channel in regards to his remuneration and dates. Hence, if Akki’s schedule allows him he might be a new face for Dus Ka Dum‘s new season.

Akshay has already lined up with the Great Indian Laughter Show with Star Plus. Despite this Akshay is eager to do another big TV show this year.

On the work front, Salman is currently gearing up for the release of his upcoming war drama Tubeight. He will be promoting Tubelight on a special show ‘Supernight With Tubelight‘ along with Sunil Grover and Ali Asgar. The show will be aired on Sony Television.

Whereas Akshay will be next seen in Toilet: Ek Prem Katha. The trailer of the film will be out on 11th June.

Toilet: Ek Prem Katha will release on 11 August 2017, around India’s Independence day.
