Akshay Kumar all set to debut at China’s box-office on June 8
China has become a great market for Hindi films over the last few years. After the monumental success of films like Dangal, Bajrangi Bhaijaan and Secret Superstar, that made Aamir Khan and Salman Khan hugely popular there, another superstar is all set to debut at the Chinese box-office.
This actor who’s all geared up for his first release in China is none other than Akshay Kumar, whose Toilet- Ek Prem Katha is all set to release there on the 8th of June. Given the massive popularity of the aforementioned films, that were high on emotions and content, this Akshay Kumar-Bhumi Pednekar starrer should also fare immensely well. Domestically, the film went on to collect over 134 crores at the box-office and became the actor’s highest grosser of all time. Hopefully, the same success should be replicated there as well.
On the work-front, the Khiladi Kumar is all set to star in Gold, Kesari, 2.0, Housefull 4 and the much-awaited Hera Pheri 3.
