Here’s when Ajay Devgn starrer Raid will hit the screens

After tasting the success with Baadshaho, Ajay Devgn and Ileana D’Cruz are all set to share the screen together again with Raid.

Ajay Devgn portrays the character of an Income Tax Officer in the film. The film will be largely shot in Lucknow and apparently, the actor has already left for the shoot.

Now the makers of the film have revealed the release date of the film. The production house took to Twitter and wrote, “RAID starring @ajaydevgn & @Ileana_Official will now arrive earlier in cinemas on March 16, 2018.”

Set in Uttar Pradesh in the 1980s, the film is inspired from the real-life events involving one of the most high-profile income tax raids ever.

Directed by Raj Kumar Gupta, the script of the film is written by Ritesh Shah, who was associated with Pink and Airlift.

On the professional front, Ajay Devgn will be next seen in the 4th installment of the Golmaal series, which is set to hit the screens in this Diwali.
