Aamir Khan opens up on Thugs Of Hindostan

One of the most awaited films of 2018 is undoubtedly YRF’s next, Thugs Of Hindostan. The film will see Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan for the first time together. Apart from that, the other things that we are looking forward to are the performances of the newest female leads Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh. Katrina will be playing a dancer who Aamir Khan falls in love with, while Fatima, on the other hand, will be a crew member with Aamir Khan, who is a pirate.

From what we had been hearing until now, we couldn’t help ourselves but draw the similarities between this film and the Hollywood flick, Pirates Of The Caribbean!

But, when Aamir was recently questioned about the similarity during an event, he denied the fact that Thugs Of Hindostan is inspired from the Hollywood flick

Here’s what he had to say “The film is not inspired from any other film. It is an action adventure film but the story is not similar.”

To this, he added “There are hundreds of action adventure films. There is ‘Pirates of Caribbean‘, there is ‘Indiana Jones’ and many others. The genre of our film is the same but the story is different. Even my character in the film isn’t similar to anybody”

Well, Mr Aamir Khan, only time will answer that for us!
