WHOA! 200 craftsmen spend 600 days molding 400 kgs of gold in Padmavati
Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s historic drama Padmavati is getting a lot of appreciation from the audience. The first look of Deepika Padukone as Rani Padmavati earned a lot of appreciation and love. The beautiful actress stunned the audience with her beauty and screen presence.
The makers now released a video in which they reveal the hardship what went into making the jewellery. Over 200 craftsmen worked for over 600 days molding 400 kilos of gold to create Deepika’s ornaments in the film.

Set in the backdrop of India in the 13th century, the historic drama is based on the ruthless Alauddin Khilji, played by Ranveer Singh, and his attempt to capture the beautiful Rani Padmini of Chittor. Shahid Kapoor will be playing the role of Maharawal Ratan Singh in the film.
The movie also stars Aditi Rao Hydari, Jim Sarbh, and Raza Murad. Directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Padmavati is slated to release on December 1.
