CONFIRMED: Salman’s Kick 2 to release on Eid 2019!
We’d reported earlier that Salman Khan‘s 2014 blockbuster hit Kick is making its comeback a second time around and we couldn’t be more excited! While rumors were rife that the star will begin shooting for the film in 2018, our Khabri Keeda has brought us confirmed news about the release of this blockbuster sequel!
Khabri Keeda tells us that Salman Khan’s Kick 2 will release on Eid 2019! Yes, you read that right. The Bhai of Bollywood is currently busy wrapping up Kabir Khan’s Tubelight and Ali Abbas’ Tiger Zinda Hai. Hence, Kick 2 is scheduled to go on floors only in 2018 and will release on the auspicious day of Eid in 2019.
Ever since Wanted (2009) Salman has grabbed every opportunity to release a film on this auspicious day. With Dabangg on Eid 2010, Bodyguard in 2011, Ek Tha Tiger in 2012, Kick in 2014, and Bajrangi Bhaijaan in 2015. KK tells us that Salman is keeping this Eid streak up with the second installment of Kick, too!
Almost all his Eid releases have done brilliantly at the Box Office. With a winning streak like that, we are sure Kick 2 will do amazing as well!
