Parineeti’s next crashes before take off!
Phantom Films, the production house under Anurag Kashyap, was all set to do a remake of the 1986 film Chameli Ki Shaadi! The film which initially featured Anil Kapoor and Amrita Singh as the leads, is now being taken up by the new and upcoming generation with Parineeti Chopra and Diljeet Dosanjh playing the roles of Chameli and Chandradas.
But even before the film could go on floors, it was cancelled. Phantom Films is going through a rough phase financially after multiple films produced by them, didn’t do well at the box office.
This remake would have been quite the show stealer, we hope this movie does goes on floors and releases soon!
