Mory Kante to sue Karan Johar for Tamma Tamma!

The original track, Tamma Tamma from the film Thanedaar was a super hit and the entire nation was grooving to its tunes. Sanjay Dutt and Madhuri rocked the dance floor to the track Saroj Khan choreographed. Bappi Lahri composed the music for the movie and on listening to the track, we wondered if we had heard the music before.

Our Khabri Keeda gave us a call this morning and has given us yet another shocker. KK says, “The music of Tamma Tamma is inspired by the track Tama by Mory Kanté. The music seems to be very similar and the original artist was very upset that his work was lifted.” Ouch!

KK now says that since KJo has decided to use the track again for Badrinath Ki Dulhania, the original artist is angry and has decided to take legal action against the filmmakers. After having a chat with Mory Kante himself, KK says that Mory is hell bent on going ahead with a case if they do not alter the track.

Looks like Karan Johar will always be the center of controversy and lawsuits will never leave his side!
