Imran Khan to turn director?

Imran Khan was last seen in Nikhil Advani helmed Katti Batti opposite Kangana Ranaut in 2015. But the film was unsuccessful at the Box office. The actor has been missing from the big screen for almost two years now. After his failed attempts at acting, our filmy Khabri Keeda tells us that Imran is now planning to find comfort in the director’s chair. The ‘Jaane Tu… Ya Jaane Na’ actor has roped in scriptwriter Aisha DeVitre for his debut directorial venture. Aisha has won a two Filmfare for best screenplay and best story for ‘Kapoor & Sons’.

Apparently, Aisha and Imran have already worked together for ‘Ek Main Aur Ek Tu’ and Imran’s work in the film was highly appreciated.

However, reports also suggest that Imran is planning to revive his Uncle Nasir Hussain’s Production house. The last film that was produced under the banner of Nasir Hussain Productions was ‘Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar’ in 1992.

We hope the ‘I Hate Luv Stories’ actor will make us ‘Luv’ him as a director!
