Farhan’s Lucknow Central runs into multiple roadblocks!

Farhan Akhtar is busy with his next project, Lucknow Central and we just love the story-line. Our Khabri Keeda tells us that the movie revolves around a group of inmates who form a music band in prison. We know what you guys are thinking right now, “Umm, will it be Rock On in prison?” We too were worried but the insider scoop is that the movie is nothing like what he has done in the past.

The movie will star Ronit Roy and Kriti Sanon will play the female lead. KK says that Kriti has now decided to opt out of the movie and doesn’t seem to be interested in the role anymore. After the Rock On 2 debacle, it looks like Kriti is scared to work with Farhan. Fortunately for Farhan, the latest replacement specialist in B-Town, Saiyami Kher has stepped in to save the day. Saiyami will now play the female lead in the movie and we wonder what Farhan and Saiyami would look like together?

KK also had some other news that left us stunned. Nikhil Advani is currently shooting for a film with the same storyline as Lucknow Central. Nikhil’s movie has already gone on floors and will hit cinemas before Farhan’s movie.

We hope Farhan alters the story or Lucknow Central will open to empty cinema halls across the country.
