Is Deepika Padukone upset with Sanjay Leela Bhansali for this reason?

Deepika Padukone and Sanjay Leela Bhansali share a great bond as the duo have collaborated for three consecutive blockbusters- Raam Leela, Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat. Interestingly, the actress met the love of her life, Ranveer Singh, on the sets of the Sanjay’s film only!

But now it seems like the actress is upset with the director as he recently announced his next venture ‘Inshallah’ and casted Salman Khan and Alia Bhatt in lead roles despite how she has been his favourite for a long time. It looks like this hasn’t gone down too well with Deepika. The actress is apparently upset with the filmmaker for not casting her in the movie.

On the work front, Deepika is currently shooting for Meghna Gulzar’s Chhapaak, which is based on the acid attack victim Laxmi Aggrawal.
