Did Neetu Kapoor just confirm Rishi Kapoor is suffering from Cancer?

Speculations about Rishi Kapoor suffering from cancer started doing the rounds on social media ever since the actor flew to the US for some medical treatment. His absence from the funeral of his mother, Krishna Raj Kapoor, added more fuel to the fire. Rishi even urged people not to speculate unnecessarily.
