2.0: Are Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar reuniting for the sequel?

The buzz of 2.0 is unprecedented! Advance bookings have already opened in Tamil Nadu and it is expected to shatter all the previous box-office records and collect over 120 crores on the opening day itself. Now, if reports are to be believed, the makers have a sequel in mind and Rjinikanth and Akshay Kumar may reunite for a bigger, grander film.

Trade analyst Ramesh Bala even tweeted what filmmaker Shankar had to say about this possibility. Have a look right here:-

If he can come with a right script, then #3Point0 is definitely possible..

The budget of this Sci-Fi adventure is around 543 crores. Just imagine how the entire team will push the envelope in terms of scale and storytelling if they do come up with 3.0!
