Did Katrina Kaif just refuse to do a movie with Deepika Padukone?

What better way to celebrate a friendship than to make it into a movie! Katrina Kaif and Alia Bhatt are giving the world some serious competition with all their hashtags, posts and comments. But now they are taking the game to a new level with talks of making a movie together! Recently Alia has been talking about wanting to make a film with Deepika and Katrina. However, when asked whether this was true, Katrina replied, “As far as I am concerned, there is no pact or anything like that with Deepika in terms of working together.” Do we smell something burning?

It wouldn’t be controversial if Katrina didn’t want to make a movie at all but she has been planning on making a movie with Alia Bhatt. In a conversation with Hindustan Times, she said, “I think it would be amazing. Not many know but I have been telling Adi (Aditya Chopra; film-maker) for the longest time that someone should make a great, big-budget and a lavishly mounted film starring two girls with strong characters. I really hope he does something like that and I would love to do such a movie with Alia. I have a strong feeling that it would do amazingly well.”

Even though it was thought that the newly formed friendship wouldn’t last, it is going strong and seems like it’s here for the long haul.
