Sonam Kapoor to get hitched sooner than expected?
We reported yesterday that Sonam Kapoor is planning to marry her beau, Anand Ahuja, in Switzerland in the second week of May. However, this is B’town, and anything and everything can happen here. Now, if reports are to be believed, the about-to-be bridegroom and bride have made some last minute changes and may decide to tie the knot on the 29th of April itself, in Mumbai only. Wait, some reports also suggest that they might get married on the 10th of May in London.
There’s a lot of curiosity and excitement as far as the wedding bells of the couple are concerned. With two tentative dates, three tentative locations and millions of wishes for both of them, all we can say is that it could surely be The Big Fat Wedding of the year.
On the work-front, Sonam Kapoor will be first seen this year in Veere Di Wedding, a film that celebrates and entertainingly captures the friendship of four female friends. It is slated to release on the 1st of June. She also has reportedly done a cameo in Sanjay Dutt’s biopic, which is scheduled for a release on the 29th of June. On the 12th of October, she’ll team up with her father, Anil Kapoor, and be seen with him in Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga, also starring Juhi Chawla and Rajkummar Rao. Lastly, she’s also doing the adaptation of the book, The Zoya Factor.
