Sidharth Malhotra OUT, Arjun Kapoor IN for Ek Villain sequel!

Sidharth Malhotra’s Ek Villain was one of the most successful films of 2014. The movie is all set have a sequel. And as per the sources of a leading daily, it will star none other than the Ishaqzaade actor Arjun Kapoor.

The movie, just like the first part, will be directed by Mohit Suri and produced by Ekta Kapoor under her banner Balaji Motion Pictures. The makers are yet to finalize the female lead and male antagonist for the movie. Interestingly, this will be Arjun’s second collaboration with Mohit after Half-Girlfriend. Ek Villain 2 is reportedly said to go on floors by next year and might hit the screens in 2020.

On the professional front, Arjun, who is currently gearing up for Namaste England opposite Parineeti Chopra, has films like Sandeep Aur Pinky Faraar, India’s Most Wanted and Panipat lined-up for 2019!
