Priyanka Chopra to play an astronaut in her next!

The last Bollywood film Priyanka Chopra was seen in was Jai Gangaajal. But now it looks like PC is all set to return to Bollywood with a biopic! This biopic will be based on the life of late astronaut Kalpana Chawla.

This biopic marks the directorial debut of Priya Mishra, who has been working on this project for the last seven years now.

While talking to a leading daily Priya said, “I have been working on it for the past seven years. A new production banner will back the project.”

The director further added on the same saying, “I was last heading a TV channel creatively and post 2011, quit to pursue filmmaking. This is one of the two scripts I have written.”

According to recent reports, Priyanka’s team has locked the script and has begun with the pre-production work.
