These people inspired Nawazuddin Siddiqui for his next!
The teaser of Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s upcoming film, Babumoshai Bandookbaaz, has been very well received and fans are undoubtedly rooting for Nawaz Bhai’s expected flawless performance. The man belongs to a different league altogether, and his performance in Sridevi’s MOM is the perfect example of that.
Ever actor needs an inspiration in order to play a certain part, and Nawazuddin lets us in on his idols who he has attempted to ape as the stylish contract killer.
He spills the beans on the same by saying “My character is stylish and inspired by James Bond, as he shoots and kills like him. He is besharam about everything in life, and has a sense of humor. I enjoy playing roles that have tashan as when I was in the theater, I was impressed by stylish actors like Al Pacino or Pierce Brosnan, who played James Bond. On the other hand, Nawazuddin Siddiqui highlights the on-going problems with regards to racism in the industry, which definitely trumps over the perils of nepotism. He addressed the issue by saying “It was too difficult for me as an outsider. Often people would say that I didn’t look like an actor since I didn’t have six pack abs nor was I tall and handsome. People judge me on my appearance. It’s more like racism and not nepotism, and it’s all over not just in this industry. Even in my native place, people used to say that when one gets a wife, he should make sure she is fair.”
On the work front, Nawazuddin was last seen in Mom, and will be seen next opposite Tiger Shroff in Munna Michael and then Manto
