No more chocolate boy roles for Arjun!

It seems like Arjun Kapoor has something new to show off about on the big screen these days. It is seen that Arjun Kapoor is very adamant on playing a villainous role for his upcoming movies.

Arjun Kapoor was approached for Karan Malhotra’s period drama ‘Shuddhi’ and the actor wanted to play the negative role which was given to Varun Dhawan, because of which Arjun opted out of the film. Later, he was offered Anushka Sharma’s next production ‘Kaneda’, but that role too was given to Diljit Dosanjh…sad!

An insider in Bollywood informed us, that ‘Kaneda’ is a love triangle and Arjun was offered the part of a normal boy, and now the actor is really in no mood for it which he then conveyed to his director, Navdeep Singh

Hmm, we may blame this on Ranveer Singh’s Allaudin Khilji character from ‘Padmavati’ or call it a whim, but Arjun Kapoor is too desperate to play a negative role as he thinks he is best suited ‘Kaneda’ even though he’s been replaced! Sigh.
