KRK lands in a legal soup after leaking Ajay Devgn’s ‘Shivaay’

Kamal Rashid Khan who was earlier involved in the ‘Shivaay’ v/s ‘Ae Dil Hai Mushkil’ controversy has clearly taken a particular side. The self-proclaimed critic took to twitter to post the opening scene of ‘Shivaay’ and captioned it ‘opening scene of #Shivaay’ and soon realised that this tweet is an even bigger mistake than his movie, ‘Deshdrohi’.

After he went on a twitter rant against ‘Shivaay’ and Ajay Devgn, he called for a press conference and said that he was just joking. But it doesn’t seem like if the producers are in a mood to joke. Chief Operations Officer of Reliance Entertainment, Shibasish Sarkar said, “We are taking strict legal action and filing a complaint with the cybercrime in Mumbai. We have also written to all the social media platforms like Twitter, YouTube and Facebook too coz when any kind of piracy happens, we take stringent action including criminal action.” He further added, “We have taken all the video screenshots, so there is proof that he has been videotaping from inside the hall. We have traced the hall in Dubai also and we have started to take action against the theatre owners also and we have asked them how someone is taking video from inside the hall. We have proof that he had started pirating the film from inside the hall.” KRK is currently in the Middle East as films releases there a day before and that’s how this ‘smart’ man saw the movie.
