IPL SCANDAL: Salim Khan comes out in support of Arbaaz Khan

As everyone knows by now, Arbaaz Khan recently confessed to betting in the IPL matches and also admitted of losing over 3 crores. This revelation expectedly shocked many people, including Arbaaz’s family. But now, his father, Mr. Salim Khan, has finally given his take on the whole issue. The legendary writer also expressed his thoughts on gambling.

“Gambling is happening in clubs and gymkhanas, horse riding is permissible, the lottery is okay – but betting on cricket in our country is not despite the fact that several people are indulging in it. Why not make cricket betting legal? Won’t that generate huge revenue in turn?” asks Salim Khan!

Meanwhile, other members of the family are yet to comment on the whole episode, but they are said to be in a state of shock!
