Farhan Akhtar’s first look from Lucknow Central is out!

Farhan Akhtar starrer Lucknow Central is in the news for quite some time. To increase the excitement among the fans Farhan Akhtar has recently shared the first look of his character from the film. He will be seen playing the character of  Kishan Mohan Girhotra, who is heading towards Lucknow Central jail. Farhan is seen in a simple look wearing a simple shirt underneath a cut-sleeve sweater, well-oiled hair and a tilak on his forehead.

The plot of the film is about a movement, Kishen’s campaign of #KishenNirdoshHai and how it gets viral drawing support for Kishen in jail. The movie is all about the court’s verdict whether to convict Kishen or set him free.

Recently, there was a controversy going rounds whether Lucknow Central‘s plot is similar to the recent announcement of YRF film Qaidi Band starring Aadar Jain & Anya Singh.

Lucknow Central is directed by a debutant, Ranjit Tiwari, and also stars Diana Penty opposite Farhan for the first time.

The film is set to release on September 15 this year.
