Daisy Shah summoned by the Mumbai police in the Tanushree Dutta-Nana Patekar case!

The MeToo movement has been gaining momentum ever since it was started by Tanushree Dutta. Ever since the actress filed a case against Nana Patekar of sexual harassment while shooting for Horn Ok Pleasss back in 2008, it gave many others the courage to come out and tell their stories.

Now, actress Daisy Shah, who was working as an assistant choreographer to Ganesh Acharya on the sets of the said film then, has been summoned by the Mumbai Police to record her statement.

As per a senior officer who was quoted saying, “We will record statements of everyone present on the sets when the alleged incident took place. Shah has been asked to record her statement at the police station whenever she is comfortable, within a week or two.”

In her earlier interview, Daisy was quoted saying, “I was just an assistant choreographer who knew nothing about what all was happening. I have nothing to say about it. My job over there was only to teach steps. I wasn’t the part of the internal conversation of what was happening and not happening. I was just like a random person who was shooting on that film.”
