CBFC goes snip-snip on KJo’s ADHM!

Ranbir Kapoor, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anushka Sharma and Fawad Khan’s ADHM is just around the corner and we are excited to watch the film. But the film has been involved in controversies since the past few weeks and is continuing to get involved in more. The CBFC (Censor Board of Film Certification) on Wednesday granted Karan’s film a UA certificate. But at least three intimate scene between Ranbir and Aishwarya were snipped off (We bet the Bachchans are really happy about this). A source close to the film said, “Karan Johar personally attended the censor viewing of his film. He wanted to make sure not a single moment was tampered with. However the Censor Board Members, while appreciating film’s mature theme and high level of aesthetics, objected to some steamy moments.” Karan apparently put a brave fight against the cuts. He argued that these scenes were integral to the plot. Later, Karan relented and so three intimate scenes, including the one shown in the trailer, have been deleted from the film.
