2.O New Poster: Rajinikanth returns as Chitti

Makers of 2.O are leaving no stone unturned to promote the Rajinikanth, Akshay Kumar starrer flick. The makers are planning a grand music launch which will be the biggest in the history of Indian Cinema. A whopping 15 crores has been just spent on the music launch which will be held at Burj Park in Dubai.

To increase the excitement the makers have revealed a new poster of Rajinikanth as robot Chitti. The poster is vibrant and Chitti is see poised on the throne. AR Rahman, the music composer for 2.0 will also give a live performance at the event.

Made on a big budget of 400 crores 2.0 (Robot 2) is the most expensive movies of Indian cinema. Rajinikanth will be seen reprising the role of Dr. Vaseegaran and Chitti while Akshay Kumar will be seen playing an evil badass scientist Dr. Richard an ornithologist who turns into a crow after a flop experiment in the film.

Directed by Shankar the teaser of the film will be out in November and the trailer will be out in December. Shot in 3D format, the film is set to hit the screens on January 25, 2016.
