Throwback Video Alert: When Sridevi trolled daughter Janhvi like a boss!
As is probably well known by now, the daughter dearest of the late cinematic legend Sridevi, Janhvi Kapoor is soon about to make her Bollywood debut alongside Beyond The Clouds star Ishaan Khatter in the Hindi remake of the Marathi blockbuster Sairat, titled Dhadak.
But, given how the Gen-Next Kapoor was quite wobbly in terms of her command over Hindi back in the day, who could have probably seen a Bollywood debut coming?
What makes us claim that Janhvi’s Hindi was not, In Sridevi’s words, up to the mark? Check out this old video from a press conference right here, which shows Janhvi being quizzed on her Hindi film debut in the presence of her mother, who was quick to make it known to the media that she’d rather be comfortable with English questions in a hilarious way possible!
