For all of those who didn’t know, Shah Rukh Khan and Ajay Devgn were supposed to star together in Rakesh Roshan’s massively successful reincarnation drama, Karan Arjun, back in 1995. However, due to some creative differences, Devgn opted out and Salman Khan was found as a replacement. The actor even acted in Khan’s home production, Kaal, in 2005. Rumors about their tiffs and Devgn not getting along with SRK have always done the rounds.
These rumors were further intensified in 2012 when the two stars clashed at the box-office with their films, Son Of Sardaar and Jab Tak Hai Jaan, and Devgn filed a case against the YRF under the Act of Competition Commission Of India, that the production house unethically acquired the screens across the country to ensure a wider release for its film. However, it seems they have let bygones be bygones. And finally, they may work together after years of wait and patience.
If all goes well, SRK may have a cameo in Devgn’s film, De De Pyaar De, which also stars Tabu and Rakul Preet Singh, and is produced by Luv Ranjan. But will this cameo ensure the two stars are in the same frame? And will the actor agree to the same? Let’s see! The film is slated to release on March 15, 2019.
