Since the release of her new track ‘Kala Chashma’, Katrina Kaif has been in the news for various reasons. The new look, her washboard abs and her seductive dance style are the new trendsetters. This time around though she is gaining popularity for her abs she has flaunted in the video. Her fans from around the world couldn’t stop gushing about her new chiselled avatar and people are dying to know about her fitness regime.
Kat’s fitness trainer Yasmin Karachiwalla was asked to reveal her secret, to which she said, “Katrina has been at good fitness levels for a very long time. She is very regular and disciplined with her routine and we have been maintaining that, getting better and better with every passing day. Her abs in the song are definitely because of her combination of Pilates and cardio. I have been doing a lot of alignment work, especially on her abs, focusing more on her abdomen. But having said that, we’ve been equally working out on her arms and other parts of the body.”
Yasmin further added, “Katrina is extremely good with her food. She has oat cake in the morning followed by lunch which will be fish and vegetables. Later, she’ll munch on healthy snacks in the evening which we serve at our gym, say like healthy cakes, protein crushers and stuff like that. They are made out of low sugar, dark chocolate so that it’s tasty and healthy at the same time. Then for dinner, she eats eggs and soup.”
Wow, hope her fans are reading up. Washboard abs come at a price but when you look like that, any price seems to be worth it. Well done Katrina, bollyworms are happy to see you on the silver screen again.
