Sushant Singh Rajput and Jacqueline Fernandez’s Drive has been in the making for quite some time now. The release date was already changed twice. It was originally supposed to be a Holi release in 2018 and clash with Anushka Sharma’s Pari on March 2. However, producer Karan Johar and director Tarun Mansukhani announced that the post-production of the film was yet to be complete. The next date that came out was September 7, alas, fate had other plans this time around too!
However, KJo has FINALLY announced the full and final release date on his Twitter timeline, have a look right here:-
On your marks, get set & race. See you in cinemas for a pulsating ride on 28th June, 2019 . #DRIVE@apoorvamehta18 @Tarunmansukhani @itsSSR @Asli_Jacqueline @DharmaMovies @foxstarhindi pic.twitter.com/jN2uYeWpky

It’s a remake of the 2011 American film of the same name. This is Mansukhani’s only second film after Dostana in 11 years. We wonder what took him so long to make his next film! Let’s see whether the film can drive in the audiences to the cinemas or not!
