SHOCKING! Singer Mika Singh arrested in UAE over charges of sexual harassment

Famous Bollywood and Punjabi singer Mika Singh, who has been known for his misdemeanors and controversies in the past, is in the headlines again. In this wave of the MeToo movement that has been going on in the entertainment fraternity for the last three months, the singer is the latest one to join the bandwagon. He was in UAE for a show but was detained by the UAE Police after a 17-year old Brazilian girl lodged a police complaint against him for sending her lewd and obscene messages and inappropriate pictures.

He has been taken to Abu Dhabi for further questioning and will be produced before the Court today. It has also been stated that he promised the girl a job in the industry. Singh has sought legal access and the Indian Ambassador to the UAE, Navdeep Singh Suri, said, “Our team is at the police station. We are working on it.” 

The singer was arrested at 3:30 am from Bur Dubai!
