Go Goa Gone, that highly underrated comedy from 2013, competently directed by the duo, Raj and D.K., involved our protagonists, Kunal Khemu, Vir Das and Anand Tiwari battling out zombies, with immense help from one of the only blonde-haired characters of Hindi Cinema, Saif Ali Khan. (Thanks to Salman Khan’s look from Suryavanshi for making that popular). Now, the makers are planning to come up with a sequel, and this time, the three friends might be stuck with aliens. (Hope Jaadoo is listening).
Talking about the possibility of a sequel, Krishna D.K. said, “We are debating (on that part), maybe not. The humour is in discovery. Earlier they (characters) were trying to figure out what is a zombie. Now it might become too dramatic. We are just toying with the idea. The idea of the film was not about zombies but discovering something alien.”
In one of his interviews, Kunal Kemmu confirmed that the sequel will have the same star-cast. Well, all we have to do is to wait for an official confirmation from the makers.
