The Indian exhibitors and ticket counters probably are on cloud 9 now, courtesy the kind of money that the Shashanka Ghosh directorial, Veere Di Wedding and this week’s presentation from the west, J.A Bayona’s Jurrasic World: Fallen Kingdom have brought in through the ticket windows.
While admittedly, VDW has seen a slight dip in its ticket sales, one would observe that it has been more than made up for by the Bayona’s dino-thriller.
Check out their earnings right here:
#VeereDiWedding is STEADY… [Week 2] Fri 3.37 cr, Sat 4.51 cr, Sun 4.84 cr, Mon 2.03 cr. Total: ₹ 71.71 cr. India biz.
