Although, we need to applaud the fact that the Sholay star has been chosen as the winner for the prestigious award, it’s also very disheartening that the most handsome star in the country was never recognized by the jury members of any award function during his active and formidable years in Hindi Cinema. In his entire career, the actor merely won one major award that was the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Filmfare back in 1997.
On the work-front, Dharmendra will re-unite with his sons, Sunny Deol and Bobby Deol for the third part of the Yamla Pagla Deewana franchise, titled Yamla Pagla Deewana Phir Se. After the success of the first film and the failure of the second, the Deols are making sure they do not disappoint the audiences this time. It was being touted the film would release by the month of April or May, but now reports suggest the film shall hit the screens by the end of July this year.
And remember how Bobby Deol and Neha Sharma, the leads of the second film, played hardcore Salman Khan fans? This time, the actor himself will be seen in a special song of the film, and recently a picture of him with Dharmendra made its way to the internet. Have a look:-
The film also features a special song starring Sonakshi Sinha and apparently veteran actor Rekha will be seen rapping for the first time. It seems the film is going to be a big bonanza for the Deols as well as their fans.
