We still haven’t recovered from the hangover that Salman Khan left us with, thanks to his power-packed performance in Tiger Zinda Hai. Post the kind of success that the Ali Abbas Zafar directorial has brought in, we are eagerly waiting to see Khan’s magic yet again in his next, Race 3.
While we are eagerly waiting for Bhai’s Eid release, and somewhere even wishing for it to come sooner than that, our Khabri Keeda has some not-so-good news for you.
As per KK, Salman “Dabangg” Khan is planning on releasing his slick action thriller on the 28th of December of this year, a week after the Shah Rukh Khan-starrer Zero and Sushant Singh Rajput‘s Kedarnath. But, if Race 3 drops in on the day that Bhaijaan is planning, he will be going up against Ranveer Singh’s first ever crook cop story, Simmba, which is being directed by the King Kong of the masala action genre, Rohit Shetty.
Now, given that Salman is considering a shift in the release, do you think that he is being superstitious? Well, we all know what happened to his last Eid release, Tubelight, so, we can’t really blame him if the Dabangg Khan is feeling a little scared for once.
Now the question is, will there actually be a clash or will one of the films change their release date? Guess that we will know soon. Given that December has a yet another big release (Ajay Devgn’s production, Total Dhamaal, on December 7), it will only make sense if one of the makers pushes the release to either November or to January ’19!
