Yami Gautam begins shooting for Batti Gul Meter Chalu

Yami Gautam is having a busy time between work schedules. The actress just returned from Serbia wrapping up the first schedule of Uri and now upon return to Mumbai, the actress began shooting for Batti Gul Meter Chalu in. The project, helmed by Shree Narayan Singh, with Shahid Kapur and Shraddha Kapoor in the other lead roles, will see Yami playing a lawyer for the first time, something the actress is really looking forward to since she aspired to be an IAS Officer and even pursued a graduate degree in law honours.

The actress took to her social media with an innovative post of her in the vanity van post pack up talking to the camera when the lights go off, declaring she’s begun shooting for “Batti Gul Meter Chalu”
