UNCOVERED: The truth behind Akshay Kumar’s 2.0 look!

The first look of Robot 2.0, which will have Rajnikanth reprise his role as the scientist/robot and will have the newest (or perhaps the oldest) antagonist, Akshay Kumar, essaying the role of the superstars’ arch nemesis, had left everybody stunned beyond belief.

While there was not much to Rajnikanth apart from the trendy red side locks which gave away an Elvis Presley-ish vibe, it was Akshay Kumar who took the cake with his fierce look achieved by hours and hours of prosthetic work. Seems like Akki, who had been averse to the idea of prosthetics since the beginning of his career, had to finally succumb to it in order to play the most challenging role of his life.

But, what does this look really tell us about his character? We know he is the baddie, and we also know that he will have as many as 12 AVATARS in the film. But, in spite of all that, rumors were abuzz that he will, in fact, be a scientist who turns into a crow due to an experiment that went wrong.

But, recent reports suggest that he is NOT AT ALL a crow. In fact, what has surfaced makes more sense and justifies the tagline “The World Is Not Only For Humans”

Confused? Sources suggest that he will actually be an alien creature. In order to attain to have the out-of-this-world look (pun intended), he had reportedly undergone a 5-hour prosthetic application procedure on a daily basis, which made superstar Rajnikanth confess publicly that Akshay is the real hero in the film.

All rumors and speculations aside, only the trailer of the film will unveil as to who is playing what (or at least, give us a slight hint of it)
