Salman agrees to pay Tubelight distributors for their losses

Salman Khan is known for his big heart in Bollywood. His last film Tubelight did not do well at the box office, due to which the distributors suffered huge losses. Currently, Tubelight stands with a grand total of 120 crores at the domestic box office, which is very low for a Salman Khan film. The distributors of the film have suffered a great loss due to this and were demanding a refund from Salman.

Salman has now made a decision to pay the distributors for their losses. Reportedly, the actor has agreed to pay Rs. 55 crore to the distributors. This is surely a great gesture by Salman who suffered a big loss in the film.

In the past, Shah Rukh Khan had also paid his distributors for the loss of his films like Dilwale, Paheli, and Asoka. He almost paid up to 50% for the losses of Dilwale to the distributors.

Looks like Tubelight didn’t light up but Salman‘s pocket sure got torched!
