As per recent reports, the audience is flat-out rejecting Saif’s latest outing and it looks like the film will be out of the cinema halls by as soon as coming Friday if this other piece of news is to be believed.
As per a yet another part of the same set of reports, cinema chains are reducing the screenings of Kaalakaandi.
A source says, “It is not viable to run any movie if there is nobody coming to see it.”
While a source from PVR, Juhu says, “We cancelled an evening show on Monday evening, followed by a morning show on Tuesday- and today, we barely have 2 percent occupancy.”
To this, the source adds, “Several multiplexes are reeling under the debacle of Kaalakaandi. It’s all over for this film.”
This really is coming as a BIG SHOCK to us all, given that Saif had gone in to support this film with his heart and soul and even the box office master of Bollywood, Aamir Khan had said that he hadn’t laughed this hard since he read the script of Delhi Belly.
Also, we can’t believe that such a fine actor gave his last hit with only Race 2, THAT TOO BACK IN 2013!
On the other hand, Saif will be seen next in the avatar of a Gujarati businessman in Baazaar. We still have hope from this man.
