Ranveer Singh’s awwdorable comment on Deepika Padukone

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone began their romantic liaison on the sets of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Goliyon Ki Raasleela: Ram-Leela in 2012. And since then, the two have clearly proven to be an inseparable pair!

Although Deepika Padukone has never admitted to being in a relationship with Ranveer Singh, the Band Baaja Baaraat star has always indulged in PDA  and has been seen showering all his love on Deepika.

And now, recently at the News18 Rising India Summit, Ranveer Singh eloquently spoke on the Piku star. “I am blessed to have her in my life; it’s a relationship of mutual admiration. I rate her very highly as an actor but she doesn’t.”

For a while, rumors in the grapevine have been floating around that the two actors might even tie the knot soon, and Deepika clandestinely got engaged to Ranveer. Quashing all such rumors, Deepika made it very clear she’s not engaged and it’s only a figment of someone’s imagination.

On the work-front, Ranveer Singh is surely the one actor to look forward to, with three diametrically different genres in his kitty. His first release after the mammoth success of Padmaavat would be Rohit Shetty’s Simmba, scheduled to release on the 28th of December this year. This would be immediately followed by Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy, releasing on the 14th of February, 2019, where he’ll team up with his Make My Trip ad co-star, Alia Bhatt. His biggest challenge as an actor would be in Kabir Khan’s 83’, a biopic on Kapil Dev, releasing on the 30th of August, 2019.

On the other hand, Deepika Padukone, who recently suffered a neck injury, will begin working on Vishal Bharadwaj’s next, tentatively titled Rani, opposite Irrfan Khan. Once Irrfan is back to India, the team is said to commence their shoot.
