Rana Daggubati REACTS to kidney transplant rumors!

As you probably already know, Baahubali series actor Rana Daggubati has been making headlines due to his health, which is allegedly not all that good. It had also been reported that The Ghazi Attack actor was in the need of a kidney transplant, for which he would soon take off to either the US or Singapore for the same.

But now, it seems like all that was published until now were nothing but a bunch of simply baseless rumors if the latest tweet that has been posted by the man himself is to go by!
