Padmaavat’s mighty box-office 1st day collection broken by The Avengers!

Padmaavat was the movie which faced a lot of problems with the director of the movie Sanjay Leela Bhansali getting slapped, the sets being vandalized, Deepika Padukone getting death threats and a lot more.

The movie got delayed by a month and also had to change the title of the movie from Padmavati to Padmaavat. When the movie finally released it created history at the box-office and was unstoppable the movie had collected 24 crores on the first day which was a massive opening.

Now the talk of the town has been the release of the mega opus Hollywood superhero movie Avengers: Infinity War. The movie which is the biggest release by the Marvel productions has collected a whopping 31 crores on its opening day has smashed all records which include movies from the 3 Khan’s of Bollywood, Shah Rukh Khan, Salman Khan and Aamir Khan.

The movie not only beat the record of Padmaavat but it also shattered the record of current heartthrob Tiger Shroff’s Baaghi 2 record which had managed to make 25 crores.

We think with the importance given to big Hollywood movies, Bollywood movies suffer a lot which is very harmful to the growth of the industry or Bollywood filmmakers really have to bring their A-game to maintain the balance.
