Naseeruddin Shah joins hands with Neeraj Pandey for Aiyaary

Ever since Neeraj Pandey announced his next Aiyaary, there has been a lot of excitement about the project as it is the first time Sidharth Malhotra and Manoj Bajpayee will be together in a movie. The first poster showcased the strong bond between the two actors. Adding to the excitement regarding the film, the director has announced the talented Naseeruddin Shah as the new entrant to the star cast of Aiyaary.

The Baby director took to Twitter and shared the news by posting a photo of himself and Naseeruddin Shah. He captioned the snap, “Happy to have him back on our sets. #Aiyaary #Mumbai #July.”

After the tremendous hit titled, A Wednesday, this is the second outing between Naseeruddin Shah and Neeraj Pandey. 

Aiyaary is based on real life incident that revolves around two strong-minded army officers having absolutely different views, yet right in their own ways. Naseeruddin’s character from the film has been kept under strict wraps.

Presented by Reliance Entertainment and Plan C Studios, Aiyaary is a Friday Filmworks Productions project and is produced by Shital Bhatia. 

The film will hit the screens during the Republic Day weekend in 2018 and might clash with Rajinikanth and Akshay Kumar starrer 2.0 (Robot 2). What do you think about this clash? Tell us in the comments below!
