Javed Akhtar supports SLB’s Padmavati!
Recently Sanjay Leela Bhansali was attacked by the Shree Rajput Karni Sena in Jaipur when he was shooting for his upcoming directorial Padmavati. The incident has come has across as a shock for the industry. While Sushant Singh Rajput dropped ‘Rajput’ from his surname for a day, Sonam Kapoor urged Prime Minister Narendra Modi to intervene in the matter.
Now the famous Lyricist Javed Akhtar pointed out how Padmavati is a fictional character. Check out his tweet.

The matter has raised questions on the existence of Rani Padmini and brought a new dimension to the discussion of this matter. In a tweet, Giriraj Singh of Rajput Sabha said, “They (Bhansali Prod.) Have agreed there will be no intimate scene between Padmavati and Alauddin Khilji in any form. Demand to form a screening committee before the release of the movie is still to be fulfilled.”
